We ship across Canada and to the United States. Orders are handmade in small batches and typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Canada: Free shipping on orders over $75. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days.

United States: Flat rate shipping. Free over $100 Delivery takes 5–10 business days.

You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns

Each soak is created with care. For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns.

If there’s an issue with your order upon arrival, please email us within 7 days so we can make it right.
